"UNABLE TO GET HELP!"

I have been trying to get to speak to someone all day, it is impossible! After pressing every button known to man, I finally thought I would get to speak to someone, only to find that I actually got a continuous engaged tone!! How on earth can I get HELP with my query?!!!.
