I have dropped in asking for advise and been brushed aside and told to ring back and make a appointment even though it says you can drop in.i phoned up a week later and left a message and nothing not even the curtesy to get back to me.if this is their best effort then its time for a change or at least an alternative if your running a organisation representing the disabled then have the decency to show them some respect i have come to expect this from the abled bodied in the whole but from the organisation representing the disabled this is appalling..
