We went with our grandaughter to the Bulwell Job Centre this morning. I went into the interview with her and my husband went to park the car. When he went in to the Job Centre he went to the reception desk and told the receptionist that he was with us and could she tell him where we were. She refused and said that she couldn't tell him because of the Data Protection Act and told him to wait outside, he refused to because it was -2 degress and she said he had to go and sit in his car, which was nowhere near the Job Centre. He stood inside the doorway and waited for us to come out, which was nearly an hour. We think this was disgusting and the person behind the reception desk should be told that she was very rude..
