"A poor score"

Hi,

I had 3 doors installed, a Rockdoor stable rock door, a mid range plastic door and a Rockdoor front door.

The front door was fitted well!

The mid range door was not fitted with a lintel resulting in damaged brickwork which needed the door to be refitted and brickwork to be repointed.

The top of the range stable door was fitted poorly with after 3 visits a new frame was provided, the problem of the two doors no aligning persisted! 10 visits later Stormclad let Rockdoor install a complete new stable door and frame which to this day is perfect.

May I add the fitters from Rockdoor laughed at the previous Stormclad installation..
