"Are they really doing roofing repairs also?"

Have had two men supposedly repairing roof. Having paid them last week they have now been around again saying as much again is still owed although they were paid what was asked for at the time. They have still not provided a receipt for the cash payment, and say they are working for Sureseal from Radcliffe Road but Sureseal are listed on Internet as a Conservatory and Windows company currently..
