There is a massive problem in the housing market.landlords are selling thier properties due to the unfair laws drawn up by the government and implemented by over zealous councils . The landlords have very little rights and the tennants take full aadvantage. A further spanner in the works is solicitors not wanting to arbitrate but want to take it to court. I myself along with many many others will be selling, then the government is banging on about a housing shortage they have created. When will this housing suicide end?.
